I am delighted to announce the first Conference of the Sudanese Optometry Society, which will be held virtually on December 12, 2025. I am honored to welcome the conference speakers, an elite group of prominent leaders and researchers in the field of optometry. I extend my sincere thanks to the Board of Directors, committee chairs, and all those involved in preparing this edition, and I wish them continued success.
